The 24-year-old midfielder shared his thoughts on the game in the 3rd round of the First League, where his team defeated "Jabrayil" (3:0):
"All teams come to the match with us with enthusiasm. Thank God, we fulfilled the instructions given by our head coach and achieved the victory we wanted. We expected to win in the first 3 rounds. This was not a surprise for us. The players and coaching staff in the team believe in each other. We want to become champions and get promoted to the Premier League. The level of the First League has increased a lot in recent years. The teams are ambitious, they have experienced players in their squads. As a football player with Premier League experience, I would say that the level of the First League is close to the Premier League."
It should be noted that Zulfugarli, a graduate of "Neftchi", played for "Turan Tovuz" on loan last season.
