The contract of the head coach of the Portuguese national team, Roberto Martinez, expires on July 31, 2026. It is noted in the information that after the World Cup, when Martinez's contract expires, the federation plans to make an official offer to Jose Mourinho.
Jose Mourinho, who started the season at Fenerbahce, became the head coach of Benfica after parting ways with the Istanbul club.
