According to him, Iranian football players should arrive in the USA on June 10 and even play a friendly match with Puerto Rico. It is reported that the team will train at a base in Tucson, then play games against New Zealand and Belgium in Los Angeles, and then face Egypt in Seattle.
It should be noted that US President Donald Trump had previously stated that the participation of the Iranian national team in the World Cup could be risky.
