- You won against "Shamakhi" in the 5th round of the Premier League. We would like to get your thoughts on the game.
- Matches with "Shamakhi" are always very tense. They had won confidently in the last matches. They came to meet us to win as well. They opened the scoring at the beginning of the match. We went into the break losing. It was an important match for us. We scored important goals in the second half and achieved victory.
- You were behind in the score near the end of the match. You scored the goals after the 80th minute. What do you attribute this to?
- In my opinion, the game was under our control from the first minutes. We also had good scoring opportunities. We couldn't put the finishing touch. We started the second half with attacks. It so happened that the goals came after the 80th minute.
- "Zira" is currently the sole leader with 11 points after 5 rounds. Were you expecting this result?
- It is still the beginning of the championship. Everything can change after five rounds. Last week "Sumgayit" was in first place. I think the league table is not important at the start of the season. Our job right now is not to look at the league table, but to focus on the next game.
- Until which round can you continue the leadership?
- As a team, we are only preparing for the next meeting. In the Premier League, each of the teams is gaining their optimal form. Five rounds are behind us. Each team is working hard to win.
- In the 6th round you will face "Imishli". What can you say about this game?
- They have not lost in the last four games. In three matches, they won against ambitious teams. Although they suffered a technical defeat in the match with "Sumgayit", they won. We have focused our attention only on that game. A difficult away match awaits us.
