"Inter" has reached an agreement in principle with Cristian Chivu. Sport24.az reports that the 44-year-old Romanian coach of "Parma" has signed a contract with the Milan club until the summer of 2027.
Chivu will earn 2 million euros per year at "Inter".
Cristian played for the "nerazzurri" from 2007-2014. He then managed the club's youth and youth teams (2018-2024).
"Inter" decided to appoint Kivu as head coach after Francesc Fabregas did not want to leave "Como".
It is worth remembering that Simone Inzaghi previously left the post of head coach of "Inter" after losing to PSG (0:5) in the Champions League final and started managing the Saudi Arabian club "Al-Hilal".
