The future of Inter Miami forward Luis Suarez remains uncertain.
According to Idman.Biz, citing Inter Miami News Hub, the 38-year-old forward's contract expires at the end of this year, and negotiations to extend the contract have been temporarily suspended.
Inter Miami is ready to continue working with the Uruguayan forward, but only if he agrees to a salary reduction. Suarez is generally ready to accept such conditions, but the final decision will be made after the MLS play-off stage is completed.
Luis Suarez joined Inter Miami in early 2024. He has played 49 games this season, scoring 17 goals and providing 17 assists.
