"Imishli" will now hold home games in Guba: Decision from the PFL

Idman.biz reports that these words were said by PFL press secretary Sanan Abdullayev in an interview with Sportinfo.az.

Since the Imishli stadium did not meet the requirements, the district's team of the same name had hosted Turan Tovuz and Neftchi in Shamakhi as nominal home owners since the start of the championship.

However, from now on, the doors of the Guba Olympic Complex will be open to Premier League games.

However, the shortcomings in the stadium have not been completely eliminated to this day: "Some work is still ongoing. This includes the media sector and filming platforms for live broadcasting. But most of the work related to them has been done, and completion work is underway."

Today, the PFL Executive Committee held a meeting on this issue. Contact was re-established with the club. The remaining issues were discussed again.

We believe that the small completion work we mentioned will be completed by then. Thus, the "Imishli" club will be able to hold its next home games at the stadium of the Guba Olympic Complex. This includes the match against "Sumgayit" that will take place this weekend."

It should be noted that the "Imishli" – "Sumgayit" match, which will be held on September 13 at the stadium of the Guba Olympic Complex, will start at 16:30.
