The new head coach of the "Imishli" club, which will play in the Misli Premier League from the new season, has been announced. Sport24.az reports that this was announced on the club's social media account.
Portuguese coach Jorge Casquilha will coach the regional representative. A 1-year contract has been signed with the 56-year-old specialist.
Casquilha's assistants will be Cristiano Duraes and Guilherme Cadete. Elshad Tahirov has been appointed as the goalkeeping coach, and Ulian Goga as the physical training coach.
It should be noted that Jorge Casquilha has only worked in Portugal so far. His last club was "Trofense", a representative of the 3rd league, which he left in 2023.
