The "Imishli" club has carried out a number of major renovations at the stadium of the Guba Olympic Sports Complex in accordance with the requirements of the Professional Football League (PFL).
Leyla Behbudlu, the head of the press service of the regional representative, informed "Report" about this.
She stated that repair works are ongoing in the arena:
"The "Imishli" club has already started repair and reconstruction works at the stadium of the Guba Olympic Sports Complex, where it will hold its home games. Currently, a number of major innovations are being implemented at the stadium in accordance with the requirements of the Professional Football League. Dressing rooms, including rooms for referees and AFFA representatives, are being adapted to modern standards. A conference hall has been created and a media zone is being prepared. In addition, technical platforms are being installed in accordance with the broadcasting requirements of "CBC Sport". "Imishli" PFC plans to hold its home games in Guba from September. All necessary steps have been taken for this purpose and the process is being carefully monitored".
It should be noted that "Imishli" hosted "Turan Tovuz" in the first round at the Shamakhi city stadium. The match ended with a minimal victory for the Tovuz club - 1:0.
