"Imishli" and Foreign Coach: Victory or PR?

"Imishli" secured a spot in the Premier League. Considering that another representative of this region, "MKT-Araz," once played in European cups, the club was immediately entrusted to a foreigner. We cannot say whether Portuguese Jorge Casquilha was invited to elevate Imishli's namesake representative to the top or simply for PR purposes.
