Ilkin Girtimov, who left "Kapaz", will play for "Zaqatala", a representative of the I League.
The experienced defender himself told "Report" about this.
The 34-year-old football player said that despite receiving offers from other clubs, he wanted to help the team of his native region:
"I could have gone to other clubs as well. But I wanted to play in "Zaqatala" myself. I intend to help my home team as much as I can. I don't intend to end my career yet."
It should be noted that I. Girtimov played in 17 matches in the Ganja team.
