- Yes, I will probably wear the "Zaqatala" uniform in the new season. True, I haven't signed an official contract yet. But most likely, I will defend the honor of the team of my native region.
- I guess you had a conversation with the management or the head coach about the goals set for the team in the new season...
- We will fight for the top spots as much as we can. How much it will work out, time will tell. Like every team, we want to perform successfully.
- You will play in the First League club for the first time. Won't it be difficult?
- No, I don't think it will be difficult. I played in the championship of reserve teams and saw difficult times. True, something may seem unfamiliar, but I don't think there will be any difficulties.
- What caused you not to stay in "Kapaz"?
- This has nothing to do with the club management or the head coach. Thank you, Ilgar and Adil muellim wanted me to stay. Due to some nuances, I wanted to come to "Zaqatala", my region.
- Your former team "Kapaz" had an unsuccessful start to the season. What do you think is the reason for the failure?
- Everyone wants to have a successful start to the championship. The squad of "Kapaz" changed a lot during the off-season. It takes time for the new team to form and for the players to understand each other. It is not right to put everything on Adil muellim. The team does not consist of the head coach and 11 players on the field... The head coach wanted to bring some players to the camp. Some of Shukurov's wishes did not come, and those who came joined the team late. Ganja fans are demanding. I played there myself, I know the atmosphere. I repeat, it takes some time. God willing, everything will be fine.
- In the coming days, the national team will have games with Iceland and Ukraine. What are your expectations from the national team?
- First of all, I wish our national team success. The abolition of the legionnaire limit negatively affects our football. Both national team games will be difficult. I hope that our national team will make us smile. I expect a good game and a successful result from our team.
