"We had thoroughly analyzed "Jabrayil", whom we faced in the last round. They have quality legionnaires in their squad. They are a combative, struggling team." These words were said by Ilham Yadullayev, the head coach of MOIK, a representative of the First League, in his statement to Sport24.az.
The 50-year-old specialist stated that he was not satisfied with his team's game against "Jabrayil" in the 13th round of the First League:
"The match was held at the stadium of the Shamakhi Olympic Sports Complex. The weather conditions affected the game. A large part of the match was in thick fog, and it was difficult for the players to play. Although we scored two goals, we also conceded the same number of goals".
He also explained the reason why they could not win:
"The mistakes we made in defense did not allow us to win. We played 3 friendly games during the winter break. In these matches, we tried to pay attention to the new players who joined the team. We are not bad in the attack line. We give a weak impression purely as a team in defense. We were not satisfied with both the result and the game in the match against "Jabrayil". The new transfers have joined the team well. They still need time to adapt".
It should be noted that the match "Jabrayil" - MOIK ended with a score of 2:2.
