The 49-year-old specialist commented on his team's defeat to "Baku Sporting" in the 21st round of the league:
"Simply put, the condition of the field in the Buzovna settlement stadium was terrible. In such a situation, there could be no talk of any decent game. There were only long passes and struggle on the field. Our team created goal episodes, but we couldn't use them. The breaking point of the match was the two penalties awarded to our goal in the first half. The referee managed the game perfectly. That is, we do not object to the penalties awarded. We hadn't lost for 4 games. As I said, the condition of the field decided the outcome of the match."
