If Barcelona winger Lamine Yamal wins the "Golden Ball" and fulfills other contractual terms, he could earn approximately four times more than Real Madrid striker Kylian Mbappe.
Idman.Biz reports this with reference to the newspaper "L'Équipe".
According to the publication, the Catalan winger currently earns 1.33 million euros per month and is not among the five highest-paid players in La Liga. The highest-paid players in the Spanish league are Real Madrid strikers Kylian Mbappe and Vinicius Junior, who earn 2.67 million euros per month. However, if Yamal wins the "Golden Ball" and reaches his targets for games played, goals scored, and trophies won, his salary could increase by 10 million euros. This would make the Spanish player's salary approximately four times higher than that of the French and Brazilian players.
This season, Yamal has played 40 games for Barcelona in all competitions, scoring 21 goals and providing 14 assists.
