Manchester City striker Erling Haaland is being considered by Real Madrid as a potential future player for the Spanish club.
According to Lent.az, citing foreign media, a source claims that this prospect is being considered in the event of a possible sale of Vinicius Junior.
The situation is this: a move of the Norwegian striker to the Madrid club is possible, but first the Brazilian must be sold.
It is not known whether the sale will actually take place.
However, the main reason for selling Vinicius is the incompatibility of the players' playing positions with their positional abilities.
Currently, Real Madrid has two left-wing players: Vinicius and Kylian Mbappe. Both are fighting for the right to play at Real Madrid. The club's management would prefer to keep Mbappe and sell Vinicius.
Meanwhile, Haaland can play as a centre forward.
Experts note that the Haaland-Mbappe partnership may demonstrate a really deep understanding of each other, compared to what Mbappe and Vinicius are currently demonstrating as a duet.
This season, Haaland has scored 15 goals and provided one assist in 15 games in all competitions.
