Former US national team goalkeeper Tim Howard believes that AC Milan's Christian Pulisic could become a big star like Mohamed Salah or Kevin De Bruyne if he returns to the Premier League.
Idman.Biz reports that Howard emphasized during his appearance on the "Unfiltered Soccer" podcast that Pulisic has rebounded at AC Milan after an unsuccessful spell at Chelsea. According to him, the American footballer has regained his confidence in Italy.
"I rate him very highly. De Bruyne and Salah are established players today. Salah went to Roma, and De Bruyne went to Werder and Wolfsburg. They gained confidence there, then returned to the Premier League, and everything changed," Howard said.
He added that Arsenal or Manchester United could be the ideal platform for Pulisic. Howard believes the American midfielder could dominate in the Premier League.
The 27-year-old has impressed this season in Serie A with eight goals and two assists in 17 games. His speed, dribbling, and finishing once led to a high-profile transfer.
