Eintracht Frankfurt will pay a fixed fee of $850,000 for the transfer of 43-year-old Spanish coach Albert Riera, and the contract is expected to increase to $1.2 million with bonuses. Insider Florian Plettenberg shared this on his social media account, reports Sport24.az.
According to the source, Riera will start work on Monday and sign a contract until the summer of 2028. Two assistant coaches - Pablo Remon Arteta and Lorenzo Dolcetti - will also move to Germany.
It should be noted that Riera's last job was with the Slovenian representative "Celje". He led this team to the playoff stage of the Conference League.
