Hojjat Haghverdi's clubless days are coming to an end after leaving "Neftchi" in the summer break.
Idman.biz reports with reference to Futbolinfo.az that the member of the Azerbaijani national team is close to reaching an agreement with "Turan Tovuz".
If the Tovuz representative pays the amount requested by the 32 defender, the football player will soon join the club's camp. Haghverdi, who is currently in Baku, is in the final stage of negotiations with the westerners.
Earlier, the defender rejected the offers of "Araz-Nakhchivan" and "Sumgayit" because he could not agree on financial issues. For this reason, his departure to one of the Asian countries did not take place either.
It should be noted that Hojjat Haghverdi played for "Neftchi" in 2023-2025.
