Aitor Elizegi, president of Bilbao "Athletic", has harshly criticized "Barcelona". Sport24.az reports that he said in a statement to Radio "Marca":
"Barcelona" has moved far away from the values it once represented. If Nico Williams leaves the club, he will have moved to a club that no longer inspires admiration. In recent years, "Barcelona" has behaved like a newly rich club. It is no longer as special as it used to be and is very different from the club we remember."
These statements are seen as an indication of concern about the changing image and values of "Barcelona".
