A number of national teams in the CONCACAF (Confederation of North, Central America and Caribbean Association Football) zone have secured their place in the 2026 World Cup based on the results of the final round of the qualifying stage.

Curaçao became one of the participants in the upcoming World Cup after a 0-0 draw with Jamaica. Haiti defeated Nicaragua 2-0 and qualified for the World Cup for the first time since 1974. Panama defeated El Salvador 3-0 and finished first in their group.
At the same time, a sensation occurred: Costa Rica, with Keylor Navas and Ugalde, failed to qualify for the World Cup and was eliminated, finishing last in the group. Jamaica and Suriname will continue the fight in the intercontinental play-off round.
In other matches of the round, Guatemala defeated Suriname 3-1, Costa Rica drew 0-0 with Honduras, and Trinidad and Tobago defeated Bermuda 2-1.
