"Sporting" striker Viktor Gyökeres has deleted the Portuguese club from his social media account. Sport24.az reports that this was reported by the publication "Record".
Gyökeres had previously agreed with "Sporting" that he would not be prevented from leaving if a club would pay 60 million euros. However, the club later broke its promise and is now demanding at least 80 million euros from clubs wishing to transfer the Swedish striker. This has broken the agreement between the parties. Gyökeres is protesting against the club for this reason.
The Swedish footballer scored 54 goals in 52 games in the past season.
