"This was my first game in my new team." These words were said by Qurban Maharramov, a football player of "Khankendi", in his statement to Sport24.az.
The player shared his thoughts on the match in the 16th round of the II League, in which they defeated "Araz Saatlı":
"We prepared seriously for the match against Araz Saatlı. We knew it would be a difficult game. But the main thing is to win. We are happy that we were able to do it."
He said that the opponent performed differently from the first round:
"They had new transfers in their squad. Although it was difficult, we managed to win."
The football player recalled the match in the previous round in which they defeated their main rivals in the championship, "Garadagh Lokbatan":
"After the match against "Garadagh Lokbatan" in the previous round, our players felt relaxed. This is a normal situation."
