The head coach of "Qarabağ", Gurban Gurbanov, was offended by the club management when he was a football player.
According to "Report", the experienced specialist said this at the I Forum of Coaches.
He said that he sees similar actions in today's players:
"When I was a football player, I was offended by the management. Now, when I see this from the players, I understand them, I am by their side. Because I have experienced these things."
G.Gurbanov added that we are far behind European football:
"If you want to be a good coach, first of all, you must love the profession and be responsible. Sometimes we complain about fatigue. European football is constantly developing. It is becoming more difficult to work as a coach over time. I need to increase the quality more. If I love this job, if I realize the responsibility, I will always work. Conditions are also important for this."
