"It was an interesting game. Especially in the first half, the opponent looked very well organized."
Idman.biz reports that this was stated by the head coach of "Qarabagh" Gurban Gurbanov in his statement to the club's official website.
The experienced specialist commented on the 4:0 victory over "Zira" in the first test match of the season: "The second half was a little different. We scored early goals, the game became easier for us. We had some mistakes, which was expected. Because the players' preparation is not yet in order. It would not be right to demand a high-dynamic game from them in such a situation. The team's physical condition is not yet at the level we want. There were points that we will pay more attention to in the coming days."
Gurban Gurbanov stated that transfer efforts are continuing: "As always, transfer negotiations are underway. We have taken this issue very seriously. This is a process that is not resolved immediately."
It should be noted that "Qarabagh", which started preparations in Baku on June 18, will end training on July 2. After that, the team will go to Austria.
