"Report" informs that the head coach of "Qarabağ" Gurban Gurbanov said this at a press conference after the first match against "Ferencváros" (Hungary) in the play-off round of the UEFA Champions League.

The experienced specialist spoke about the importance of the away victory:

"I congratulate my players on the wonderful victory. Despite the fact that we witnessed a tense game. Our players fought to the end in front of so many fans, they tried to do their best. I also want to thank our fans, they did not leave us alone. There was a very good atmosphere in the stadium. Although we have an advantage, the score should not deceive anyone. We have to play more seriously in the match in Baku. Because there are such players in the opponent's squad who can score in an ordinary situation".

He said that they did not get discouraged after the opponent team scored the first goal:

"I wouldn't say that we got discouraged after the first goal. It's just that if you concede a goal away, the excitement inevitably increases. The pressure on us increased somewhat after the conceded goal. But gradually we were able to take control of the match. Especially in the second half, we took risks. Because we were behind in the score. After the break, we wanted to score a lot of goals".

It should be noted that the "Ferencváros" - "Qarabağ" match ended with a 3:1 victory for the Aghdam representative.
