"Qarabag" players are taking the next match in the UEFA Champions League responsibly.
"Report" reports that the team's head coach Gurban Gurbanov said this at a press conference.
The experienced specialist shared his thoughts on the first leg of the UEFA Champions League play-off stage against the English club "Newcastle" in Baku:
"We can gain great experience in this game. This is the first time in the history of Azerbaijani football. Our opponent is a well-established club. They play in the number one championship in the world. We had little time to prepare. The players are responsible for tomorrow's match, they are excited. They will want to show one of their best games. We have analyzed the opponent. We will try to fight well and play bravely at home."
It should be noted that the meeting will start on February 18 at 21:45 at the Tofig Bahramov Republican Stadium. The return match will take place in England on the night of February 24-25 at 00:00.
