The departure of Azerbaijani national football player Nariman Akhundzade from the "Qarabag" club is not pleasant for head coach Gurban Gurbanov.
"Report" reports that the experienced specialist made a statement about this at a press conference.
He spoke about the possible transfer of the 21-year-old striker to the US representative "Columbus Crew":
"The departure of a football player like Nariman from the team is not pleasant for us. But recently, due to known issues, this was necessary. Because the player was not himself. Every day he had different thoughts, something came his way, he would read what was written and come. Nariman is one of the most productive players in the team. It was necessary for him to leave so that he could find his game again. Nariman is a player I need, I needed him in a tight schedule. But there is nothing to do. I hope the transfer goes through, it will be good for him. He has worked very hard in the last two years to grow".
