"Qarabag" played its second, and third overall, friendly match today within the training camp organized in Turkey.
Idman.Biz reports that the Azerbaijani champion defeated the Polish team "Zaglebie" with a score of 3:1.
After the match, the head coach of Aghdam, Gurban Gurbanov, shared his thoughts.
"It was the last day of the training camp. During the preparation period, we wanted all our players to participate in the games for 90 minutes. For certain reasons, some played a little less. Overall, both meetings we held today were at a high level. Most importantly, we tried to perform in a disciplined manner. Although the players were tired, they managed to do it. It was not easy to play 90 minutes all of a sudden after a rest. I was satisfied with our overall preparation and the players' approach to work," said Gurbanov.
It should be noted that "Qarabag" defeated Uzbekistan's "Neftchi" (Fergana) club 5:0 in the first friendly match within the Antalya training camp, and Croatia's "Osijek" team 3:1 in the second match today.
