Gurban Gurbanov, the head coach of "Qarabagh", stated that even if he continues his career until the age of 60-70, he still needs to learn.
According to "Report", the experienced specialist said this at the I Forum of Coaches.
He said that speaking at this event is a responsibility:
"There are innovations in every field. Football is constantly developing. If I remain in the position of coach until the age of 60-70, I must definitely learn. You must constantly develop. The head coach must pay attention to all the details."
G. Gurbanov said that before starting coaching, he was a fan of Faig Garayev and his team:
"Football is a completely different sport. Everyone is talking about it. The coach must be a leader. In the end, the head coach is responsible for everything. The final decision is made by the head coach. There is such a saying in football: if the team has won, it is the victory of the players, if they have lost, it is the defeat of the head coach. We must preserve the confidence in the players."
