Manchester City head coach Josep Guardiola commented on the squad situation in the team after the team's defenders Joško Gvardiol and Ruben Dias were injured and unable to finish the match against Chelsea (1:1) in the 20th round of the English Premier League.

"I'm worried. Did you pay attention to our reserve bench in the last game? There were four players from the academy there, and their number may increase even more in the near future. We simply don't have enough players. There are a lot of injuries. John Stones hasn't appeared on the field for several months now. Now Ruben is out, and so is Joško. Nathan Ake cannot play stably. This is our reality. We must remain resilient and find a way out of the situation. We have a team spirit and it will not go anywhere," the head coach emphasized.
After 20 rounds, Manchester City is in second place in the English Premier League standings, six points behind leader Arsenal. The team will host Brighton tomorrow as part of the 21st round.
