Manchester City head coach Josep Guardiola shared his thoughts on the team's midfielder, Phil Foden. Sport24.az reports that the Spanish specialist stated that the 24-year-old footballer is a special player:
"I hope he can stay here until the end of his career. He is a special player. He has been a Manchester City fan since the day he came to the academy, there is no doubt about that. As for the captaincy, if he wants to, of course, he can be the captain. He is always a leader on the field. He is not a big talker in the locker room, but he never stays out of the field. He has taken responsibility from the first day and has incredible charisma on the field."
It should be noted that Phil Foden has scored 6 goals and made 3 assists in 17 matches in all tournaments this season.
