Manchester City head coach Josep Guardiola has spoken about the physical condition of his team's striker, Erling Haaland, ahead of the League Cup 1/8 final match against Swansea City at the Swansea.com Stadium on October 29.
According to Idman.Biz, Guardiola told the club's official website that he has not yet met with Haaland and does not know if he will be ready for training.
"I haven't met Erling Haaland yet. But it was an injury and he's getting better every day. When he trains, we'll see how he feels," said the head coach.
Haaland has played 12 games in all competitions for the club this season, scoring 15 goals and providing 1 assist.
The current League Cup holder is Newcastle United, who defeated Liverpool 2-1 in last year's final.
