Manchester City head coach Pep Guardiola explained the reason for the absence of Norwegian striker Erling Haaland from the squad for the match against Leeds United in the 28th round of the English Premier League.
Idman.Biz reports that the match is currently underway.
"Two days ago, at the very end of training, Erling had a problem, a small injury. It's not serious, but he's not ready for today's game. Today we lost an elite striker, but we replaced him with another elite striker," Guardiola told Sky Sports.
Manchester City is currently second in the Premier League table.
