The referee appointments for the Azerbaijan-Portugal match, which will be held in Baku as part of the EURO-2027 (U-21) qualifying round, have been announced. Sport24.az reports that the chief referee of the match, which will take place within the 8th round of Group B, will be Greek Christos Vergetis.
He will be assisted by his compatriots Andreas Fotopoulos and Konstantinos Staikos. The fourth referee will be Alexandros Katsikogiannis.
It should be noted that the game, which will be held at the "Palms Sport Arena", will start on March 27 at 15:00.
