The Globe Soccer Awards organization of the United Arab Emirates has announced the final lists for various nominations for 2025.
Idman.Biz reports that finalists in all categories, from the best club to the best striker, midfielder, head coach, and best player in the Middle East, have been officially presented.
Best Club
The list of finalists for the "Best Club in the World" category includes eight clubs:
"Al-Ahly" (Cairo, Egypt).
"Barcelona" (Barcelona, Spain).
"Bayern" (Munich, Germany).
"Chelsea" (London, England).
"Flamengo" (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil).
"Liverpool" (Liverpool, England).
PSG (Paris, France).
"Sporting" (Lisbon, Portugal).
Last year, Real Madrid won this award. The team won the Champions League, La Liga, the Spanish Super Cup, and the UEFA Super Cup in the 2023/2024 season.
Best Striker
The list of finalists for the "Best Striker" category is as follows:
Ousmane Dembele (PSG, France).
Harry Kane ("Bayern", Germany).
Khvicha Kvaratskhelia (PSG, France).
Robert Lewandowski ("Barcelona", Spain).
Kylian Mbappe ("Real Madrid", Spain).
Raphinha ("Barcelona", Spain).
Mohamed Salah ("Liverpool", England).
Lamine Yamal ("Barcelona", Spain).
Vinicius Junior from Real Madrid received the award for the best striker of 2024.
Best Player in the Middle East
Four finalists have been determined in the "Best Player in the Middle East" nomination:

Karim Benzema ("Al-Ittihad").
Riyad Mahrez ("Al-Ahli").
Salem Al-Dawsari ("Al-Hilal").
Cristiano Ronaldo has won this award for the last two years.
Best Midfielder
