Crystal Palace head coach Oliver Glasner has commented on his criticisms of the club's management.
According to Idman.Biz, he reacted to the criticisms he previously voiced regarding the sale of key players.
"I'm not sorry. I'm a very honest person; I never tell people what they want to hear. I always state my opinion and what I think about a certain issue. It's not always right.
But I believe everyone deserves to hear my honest opinion about what's happening and what has happened. Frankly, nobody is obliged to accept it with pleasure.
How did the management react to this whole story [about me leaving the club]? I imagine the team wasn't very happy about it. But we've discussed it before; they can understand. This is especially true for the players. The players are the most important thing to me; they know me. They understand that I am honest and can live with it.
Guehi's departure? This was a sensitive moment for us, both for me and for the players. There is one main goal: we all want the best for Crystal Palace. This applies to players, coach, staff and management. It is important that not everyone just says "Yes, everything is fine", because I think we need discussions that move the club forward. I believe that in the two years I have been in management, we have taken the club to a new level," talkSPORT quotes Glasner as saying.
