Tomorrow's match will be important for the Azerbaijan national football team.
According to "Report", this was stated by team footballer Gismat Aliyev at a press conference.
The winger shared his thoughts on the game against the Sierra Leone team in the "FIFA Series – 2026" international tournament:
"Tomorrow will be another important match for our national team. Having such games is even more important for us for the UEFA Nations League. There was a series of winless matches. In the last match, we played confidently and were able to break this spell. We will try to do our best in tomorrow's match to make our people happy."
It should be noted that the Azerbaijan national team defeated the St. Lucia team 6:1 on March 27.
