"Girona" coach Míchel Sánchez has expressed his desire to replace Josep Guardiola as the manager of "Manchester City". Sport24.az reports that he spoke about this in an interview with "Mirror":
"I consider myself ready to coach any team. I don't know if "Manchester City" shares this opinion. Of course, the environment is different, but I have the ability to adapt and I want to try it".
It should be noted that the 50-year-old specialist has been at the helm of "Girona" since 2021. Under his leadership, the team took third place in La Liga in the 2023/24 season. Guardiola's contract with "Manchester City" expires in the summer of 2027.
