The International Federation of Football History & Statistics (IFFHS) has declared Manchester City goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma as the World's Best Goalkeeper for 2025.
Idman.Biz reports that the Italian goalkeeper comfortably surpassed Real Madrid's Thibaut Courtois (65 points) and Swiss goalkeeper Yann Sommer (59), scoring 169 points. Manuel Neuer (Bayern Munich) with 50 points and David Raya (Arsenal) with 40 points were also included in the top five.
The voting is conducted by the IFFHS editorial team and experts from around the world.
Donnarumma had previously received a similar award from FIFA.
