Former Italian national team and PSG goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon received 250,000 euros in compensation from his former club. Sport24.az reports that this was reported by the "L'Équipe" publication.
According to the source, the Italian tax service demanded that the footballer pay more than 1.2 million euros in taxes for 2018. It is reported that Buffon's contract with PSG had a clause that the Parisians undertook to pay part of the taxes. It was on the basis of this clause that the veteran footballer appealed to the court.
It should be noted that Gianluigi Buffon played for PSG from July 2018 to July 2019. In total, the Italian played 25 matches for the French club.
