Dieter Herzog, a footballer who became world champion with the German national team, has passed away. Sport24.az reports that the local federation has released a statement about this.
The veteran footballer passed away at the age of 79.
It should be noted that Dieter Herzog played five games for the West Germany national team and won the 1974 World Cup.
