Barcelona midfielder Gavi has shared his thoughts on returning to the field after a long-term injury. Sport24.az, citing Marca, reports that the footballer, who last played against Levante on August 23 last year, entered the field as a substitute in the 92nd minute of the match against Sevilla (5-2).
The 21-year-old footballer said the following about his return:
"It was more difficult than last time. The most painful process made it difficult for me in my daily life as well. I cannot describe the atmosphere at Camp Nou, experiencing this atmosphere again with people close to you. I am very happy. Hans Flick has always been with me like a father. I am very grateful to him. He always believed in me."
It should be noted that Gavi underwent arthroscopic surgery on his right knee in September last year.
