The head coach of the Italian national football team, Gennaro Gattuso, shared his impressions of the team's 5-4 victory against the Israeli national team.

We are very fragile, we concede goals very easily. But this is not a criticism of the players, it is my problem and I have to improve it with my staff. We must give the boys what they need to find the strength to react to every slap they receive. Despite the unsuccessful day, they put all their spirit and desire to recover. We must continue to work on this.

It should be noted that the Italian national team won 5:4 against the Israeli national team in the next matches of the European zone of the qualifying round of the 2026 World Cup.
