Italy national team head coach Gennaro Gattuso has spoken about his future if his team fails to qualify for the World Cup.
Idman.Biz reports that Italy has secured a place in the play-offs of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers. After six matches, the Italians are second in Group I with 15 points.
"If I achieve my goal, I will consider it an achievement, otherwise I will leave Italy. I already live very far away, but I have to go even further. I feel that the team gets scared when they concede a goal. We need to improve in this area. We must not give in to pressure. We still have to work on this, but otherwise, I am satisfied with the team," said Gattuso.
