Italian head coach Gian Piero Gasperini rejected Juventus' offer due to the arrogant behavior of Turin club's general manager, Damien Comolli. According to Sport24.az, Italian journalist Sandro Sabatini shared this on his social media account.
According to him, Comolli called Gasperini and asked, "Why should Juventus choose you specifically?" Angered by these words, the Italian specialist said, "You called me, not me to you," and hung up the phone.
It should be noted that earlier this month, Roma signed a contract with the 67-year-old specialist. Head coach Gasperini will be "at the helm" of the capital club until the summer of 2028. His last job was "Atalanta", which he has been leading since the summer of 2016.
