Former "Barcelona" president Joan Gaspar responded harshly to a journalist's question about the Catalan club bribing referees.
Idman.Biz reports that Gaspar testified in court in the "Negreira case".
"If you insult me again, I will throw the microphone at you.
Since Joan Gamper founded "Barcelona", the club has never broken any laws.
And bribing a judge to make a decision in his favor is a crime," - the newspaper "Marca" quotes Gaspar.
It should be reminded that in 2023, "Barcelona" and its management were accused of bribing Jose Maria Enriquez Negreira, the former vice-president of the Technical Referees Committee (CTA), who worked at the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF), with payments. The court considered "Barcelona's" payment of several million euros to Negreira between 2001 and 2018 a crime.
