Former Manchester United defender and current football expert Gary Neville has expressed his opinion that the "Red Devils" can finish third or fourth in the English Premier League this season.
Currently, Manchester United has 48 points from 27 matches and is in fourth place in the Premier League standings.
"The team has an incredible opportunity to be in the top four. I think that will happen. Other teams are starting to play in European competitions - they have distractions. Manchester United does not have these distractions.
The "Mancunians" didn't play very well against Everton, but they are starting to succeed in matches they couldn't before. I think Manchester United can finish third. I really think so. A few weeks ago I said that Aston Villa might regress a bit.
Look at the Manchester United players - they are in good spirits. They win when they play well, they win when they play badly, they even earned a point against West Ham when they played poorly, so things are starting to improve. The team is doing very well, I think they will finish third or fourth," Sky Sports quotes Neville as saying.
