Brazilian footballer Gabriel Silva, who plays for Gremio, was likely to continue his career in Azerbaijan. According to Sport24.az, Qarabag wanted to sign the midfielder.
The national champion even made an offer to the other side. Although there was an initial agreement between the clubs, the 23-year-old player declined Qarabag's offer.
It should be noted that Gabriel Silva is a graduate of Gremio.
