"We knew that this game was very important and significant for us. We definitely needed a victory and we understood this well." These thoughts were expressed by "Gabala" captain Murad Musayev in his statement to Sport24.az.
The 32-year-old defender commented on the game in which they defeated "Kapaz" in the 26th round of the Misli Premier League:
"Thank God, we were able to win the victory we needed. We had agreed that we had to be patient and play correctly in order to win. There was some tension at the beginning of the game. In the second half, the opponent had no chance. We knew that we would have a chance to score a goal and it was important to take advantage of that chance. We were able to do that. The club director Sabuhi SafiyarlI had a meeting with the players the day before. This had a great impact on the team. The next match against "Imishli" will not be easy either. But we will definitely try to win that game as well. That meeting is also very important for us."
It should be noted that the "Kapaz" - "Gabala" match ended with a 2:0 victory for the "red-blacks".
